We only exchange products if you receive any damaged toy(s).

Mail us on sales@fetchhpets.com within 2 days of delivery to let us know about the exchange.

Share an image of the damaged product with us on the above mentioned email address.

You need to ship the product back to us and once we receive it, a quality check will be done, based upon which the new product will be shipped (the cost for shipping the new product will be borne by us).

This process can take upto 10-12 working days.

In case you receive a damaged product, you can exchange it for the same toy only. We do not accept exchanges for a different product.

We do not accept return/refund requests.
