Shipping Policy

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 6-8 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. FETCH FUREVER LLP is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 6-8 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. Return & Exchange Policy
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Our exchange/return policy is applicable only on Online orders in India.
(For international orders, please refer to the ‘Exchange and return of International orders’ section of the policy’ mention below)

Our policy lasts for 3 days since the time of delivery. If 3 days are gone by since the time of delivery, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange

To be eligible for an exchange/return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all the tags. We will also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are applicable.
1) WHEN IS AN EXCHANGE APPLICABLE?
a) Exchange of items are applicable only in the following condition:

If the items/products are found to be damaged or defective at the time of receipt.
b) Exchange & Returns are not applicable on the following:

Gift Cards
-
Items purchased on special promotions
-
Items purchased with discount or sale.
-
Items exceeding our 3 days return policy.
-
If the product is customized to your dog.
2) HOW TO EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
a) Follow these 3 easy steps to exchange products:

Send us an email regarding the exchange on sales@fetchhpets.com Our team will revert to the email with a confirmation.

The product has to be sent back to our workshop (you can find the address in the ‘Shipping’ section mention below). Please ensure that the product is unused, in its original packaging with all the tags.

Once your return is received, it will go through quality check. You will be informed of the same via email.
b) On completion of above steps, we will process your exchange.
3) WHEN IS A RETURN/REFUND APPLICABLE?
a) Return/Refund of items are applicable only in the following conditions:

If the items/products are found to be damaged or defective at the time of receipt.
b) Returns are not applicable exceeding our 3 days return policy, in which case we issue credit notes (Refer to the ‘How do Credit Notes work?’ section for more details)
4) HOW TO APPLY FOR A RETURN/REFUND?
a) To apply for a refund, follow the same steps from ‘How to exchange a product? ‘section mentioned above.

Once the product is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved a refund will be processed into your account (used at the time of purchase), within 7-15 working days.
b) Please note that Fetch Furever LLP will only offer partial refunds if any item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
5) HOW DO CREDIT NOTES WORK?
a) We issue credit notes of the product value, to customers who have crossed our 10 days return and exchange policy.

The product has to be returned to our workshop. (Refer to the ‘How to exchange/return a product? ‘section for more details)

Fetchh issues credit notes via email, which can be applied on your next purchase, only on our website.

Credit notes are not applicable at our store, exhibitions and during sale promotions

Any item return over 30 days after delivery is not applicable for Credit notes.
b) Haven’t received a credit note? Please check your registered email address and if you still haven’t received it, please contact us on sales@fetchhpets.com for the same.
6) SHIPPING

You will responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your items

The time taken for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, depending on where you live and incase of our team’s tight production schedule.

If you are shipping an item over INR 7,500, please consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
